Challenge
A manufacturer of roof skylights was introducing a new automatic window opening system. An important element when choosing the actuator was its linear design and applicability in the outdoor environment and control from the wall panel. Since the skylights in the building were of different sizes, the manufacturer wanted it to be possible to adapt the actuator to the individual dimensions of each skylight.
Solution
Thanks to their linear design, electric actuators from the Danish manufacturer CONCENS are perfect for projects related to, among others, window automation. A wide range of custom solutions allows you to adapt the final appearance of the actuator to any application. Individual elements include stroke length (from 50 to 1500 mm), color (each available in the RAL palette), and protection class: IP66, IP68 and IP69. Thanks to all the above elements, the client had the opportunity to select a solution that perfectly fit his project. The CON35 model was used in white colour with an IP69 protection class in several stroke sizes.
