ALUWIL – Manufacturer of machines, received an order for fabric cutting equipment. He needed a solution that would ensure high accuracy and software that would give the opportunity to optimize the cutting process by changing parameters such as cutting width and speed.
Solution
The table is a semi-automatic device equipped with pneumatic-electric control (compressed air required – min. 23l compressor) and connection to 230V network. As a standard, the table is equipped with two pneumatic clamps for holding the material and a pneumatically lowered measuring bumper available over the entire width of the table. The whole cutting process is controlled by the use of the JVL stepper drive, whose parameters are configured on a 7-inch Allen Bradley touch panel.
